Paul Cott graduated from Law at Deakin University in Geelong in Victoria in 2006.
Paul Cott is the Principal Lawyer of his own practice in regional Victoria, Ballarat and loving it. His firm name is Law on Lydiard. His practice operates Australia wide.
The main work his business does is employment law (in particular, unfair dismissal) civil litigation and Wills.
Paul has always prided himself on the fact that his main driver with the work he does is achieving great outcomes for clients, and that has been a constant all the way through his career.
Paul is also an adjunct lecturer for the College of Law in Victoria where he assesses and mentors students at the end of the process for gaining admission to practice law.
He has also launched a podcast by the name of Lydiard Law which gives non lawyers tips and tricks for their most common legal issues and questions.
Finally, he volunteers his time at a local community legal centre, to give back to the community where he lives.
